BuildPrint's commands run on your own game, so they work on any server. `/buildprint` on its own shows them, a page at a time: click a command to put it in chat, and point at it for more. `/buildprint select` and `/buildprint place` on their own show their own page. ## Getting started | Command | What it does | | ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | /buildprint onboarding | Shows the walkthrough again, with your keys. | | /buildprint config | Opens the [Settings](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/settings). | | /buildprint report | Report a bug or ask for a feature. See [Bug reports](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/bug-reports). | | /buildprint undo | Takes back the latest [Paste](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/paste) or container fill in this world. | ## Editor | Command | What it does | | ------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | /buildprint editor | Opens the [The editor](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/editor), or leaves it. | | /buildprint editor open / close | Opens it, or leaves it. | | /buildprint editor camera | Switches between the free camera and walking. | | /buildprint editor tool | Picks a tool: select, resize, save, place, move, rotate or auto\_align, and any tool another mod adds. Tab lists them. | ## Select and save A schematic can hold several boxes. The commands work on the active box. Where a command takes `x y z`, `~` works, like `~ ~5 ~`. Where it takes `[dir]`: `up`, `down`, `north`, `south`, `east`, `west`, or `all` to grow or shrink every side. Without it, the way you face. | Command | What it does | | ------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | /buildprint select pos1 \[x y z\] | Sets the first corner, on the block you look at, where you are when that is air, or at the coordinates. | | /buildprint select pos2 \[x y z\] | Sets the second corner. | | /buildprint select new \[x y z\] | Starts another box, one block big. Stretch it with pos2. | | /buildprint select region | Picks the active box, by its number or the next one. | | /buildprint select delete \[n\] | Removes the active box, or the one with that number. | | /buildprint select clear | Removes every box. | | /buildprint select grow \[dir\] | Pushes one side out by n blocks. | | /buildprint select shrink \[dir\] | Pulls one side in by n blocks, never below one block. | | /buildprint select move \[dir\] | Moves the whole box n blocks. | | /buildprint select list | Lists the boxes with their number, corners and size. | | /buildprint select save | Saves the boxes as schematics/.litematic. It does not write over a file, and keeps the boxes so you can save another version. | ## Place a build These work on the build marked as the target. `list` shows which one that is, with **Pick** to change it. | Command | What it does | | ---------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | /buildprint place load | Loads a schematic from your schematics folder at your feet. Tab picks a file. | | /buildprint place list | Lists the loaded builds. | | /buildprint place target | Picks the build to work on, by its number or its name. | | /buildprint place here | Moves the build to where you are. In the editor with the free camera, to the camera. | | /buildprint place at \[x y z\] | Moves the build to the block you look at, or to the coordinates. | | /buildprint place move \[dir\] | Moves the build by n blocks. | | /buildprint place rotate \[90\|180|270\] | Turns the build clockwise, a quarter turn by default. | | /buildprint place flip | Mirrors the build. Run it again to undo it. | | /buildprint place align \[stop\] | Lines the build up with what is already built around you. stop ends the search. See [Moving and aligning](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/moving-and-aligning). | ## Server | Command | What it does | | -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | /buildprint rules | Shows what this server allows BuildPrint to do. See [Servers](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/servers). | | /buildprint sessions | Opens the Sessions screen: who is in each session, and why a shared build is not showing. See [Build together](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/build-together). | The commands for finding a problem are under `/buildprintdebug`.
