When a player with one of the mods joins, and whenever you change the rules, each mod they run gets its own rules and tells them what is off, with your note if there is one. On a server that allows everything, nothing is shown. * A chat line with what is off, and a link to the details. * Settings for features that are off are grayed out, with the reason. * Keys for them say they are off on this server instead of doing nothing. * Their own settings are not changed. A feature that is off on your server works again where it is allowed. ## In BuildPrint A shield next to the gear at the bottom right of the BuildPrint menu opens **Server rules**: everything the server allows, its caps and your note. `/buildprint rules` and **Details** on the chat line open it too. A key for something that is off says so, for example **Printer is turned off on this server**. More in the [BuildPrint wiki: Servers](https://voxelsprout.com/buildprint/wiki/servers). ## In Sorted Sorted follows these rules from its next version on. The Sorted versions out now ignore them, so turning a Sorted feature off changes nothing for players until they update. ## Older versions A mod version that doesn't know a rule ignores it. Released BuildPrint versions follow the rules they knew when they came out, so a newer rule, like the free camera, needs a newer BuildPrint. Players without the mods see nothing and are not affected.
