This one is generated, not hand-built: the seed below always gives this exact tree, and the generator lets you change the seed, the age, the wood and the leaves before you export it.

Getting it into your world

Export it from the generator as a .litematic file and load it with BuildPrint or Litematica. If you would rather place it by hand, the build guide goes through it one layer at a time with the blocks each layer needs.
