Coming from Litematica
Your files keep working, your placements can be brought over, and what is different.
Your files #
BuildPrint opens .litematic files directly and saves in the same format. Both mods read the same schematics/ folder, so your files are there when you open the Local tab. They are not changed.
Your placements #
On first launch BuildPrint looks for Litematica placements and offers to bring them over, so your builds show up where you left them when you join each world. You can also do this later with Import from Litematica in the settings.
Schematica does not keep placements per world, so there is nothing to bring over. Its .schematic files open like any other file.
